Have you heard of Zakum Boss before? Zakum Boss was once the most powerful and strongest Boss in MapleSEA. Zakum Boss was once every maplers’ dream, to get a Zakum Helmet.

If you have been keeping track of MapleStory changes during these recent years, there was a new Patch: Big Bang, which changes the majority of the MapleStory Game-play:  Skills, monsters, maps, towns, jobs. Big Bang Patch content which includes decreasing the damage hit taken by monsters on MapleStory, for this reason we do not need to HP wash our characters now to get the enough Max HP to tank certain Boss monsters’ damage.

Everything, still remains the same for Zakum Party Quests, you will need to complete the Zakum pre-requisite quests prior to Zakum Fight. I know there are many players who stuck on the Zakum pre-requisite quests, most of the players stuck on the jumping quest part. Therefore, I have specially created an effective guide to help out all the maplers who are stuck on the Zakum pre-requisite quest.

After you have completed the Zakum pre-requisite quests, you will face the ultimate Boss: Zakum. I have done countless of Zakum Party Quests. I have fully understand the weakness the Zakum.

Some of my thoughts of Zakum: Zakum has become more inferior to lots of boss monsters on MapleStory such as Chaos Zakum,Pink Bean. The drops by Zakum are not as good as for now. The drops from Zakum are mastery books, skill books, level 70~level100 weapons. All of the Zakum drops now are almost worthless in market now, hence you cannot fetch for good prices to sell out the drops and make mesos. Chaos Zakum Helmet being the most demanding helmet now compared to Scarlion/Targa, Zakum Helmets.

Zakum Helmet is not as high valued as before, prices of zakum helmet’s prices has plummeted much. No more profiting from Zakum Helmet : ).  These days, it is so difficult to see someone selling a Sok-ed Zakum Helmet.
